The guy Barista here at Starbucks just told me that my zipper fly was down & that I should ‘probably take care of that.’ & then all the power went out in here, & I said, ‘You should probably take care of That.’ haha

Wow, today was extremely intense… I sang @ a Suicide prevention fundraiser Run for Diddi Hersh hospital & met so many people who lost their family members to this…. hmmmmmm i really want to start writing new songs…. what are some subject matters yall want to sing along to? I feel like there are enough love songs out there, & thats what the radio mostly plays, but i really want to make a difference here on this earth & sing about issues that people have & somehow help inspire people or get them through stuff… hmmmm… Ideas?
I was so inspired last night. Went to a CharityWater.org event & was heart broken about all the millions & million of people who are without clean water!!!! Theres so many simple things we can do to help so check out their website! xoxoxo
About to start the 3rd week of this music movie=)…..Trying to sleep cuz i have to be up @ 5am to film & Im wide awake! I have to have my whole body painted & im a bit nervous! eeeek.OK, hmmmmm Im going to try counting sheep….one, two, three, Zzzzzz
ohhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. My back has been so sore, so I just got a thai massage & was in heaven! It smelled & felt like they rubbed Vicks Vapor rub all over my back!! Whenever I give friends massages, that is gonna be my new secret trick;)
Can’t wait to start week 2 of ‘Kareoke Man’…. But, I need coffee asap. Last day filming in the Moose Lodge which I will miss!:)
One week down
Our first week on set has been amazing. Meeting so many sweet people…. I was so nervous at first, but all the work has been paying off ….a blast & a blessing.
Except for the time I spilled grapejuice on my costume & their speakers…. Oops:)
So, i swore off acting, UNTIL...
So i swore off acting a couple years ago & have been doing music full time since…BUT, out of the blue, this cool indie movie was offered to me…All i can tell you is that its a great script about a singer/songwriter & has a LOT of scenes in a Kareoke bar;) We start on Tuesday…Desperate Housewives plumber hottie James Denton is playing my boss which will be fun cuz we have...

Ill be coming to Tampa Florida on Aug 11 @ the ford amphitheatre (though im pretty sure ill be on a smaller stage, since Norah jones & Sarah McLachlan will be on the big one haha=) & then in Birmingham AL Aug 12 @ the Verizon Wireless Music Center… Then Ventura County Fair & then Minnesota etc….
